★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package offered is very low compared to industry standards. Also, In the name of security deposit, 10-20% of salary is retained by the company. The projects are mostly outsourcing based with not much to learn. The 3yr long bond makes it even more difficult for candidates to exit and take up better opportunities.
Policies are mostly anti-employee. The HR department is just for the namesake. Even office facilities as basic as cafeteria are not up to the mark.
