Mukesh Agarwal has siphoned off the residents security deposit money. Society maintenance is at its worst condition, structure is in shambles. What a shame Mukesh....

Residents are ready for handover by builder is not willing and residents are struggling hard. Very poor services and bad attitude of builder here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paramount group was started at a good note 15 years back, but later his owner Mukesh Agarwal learnt how to lure customers with his beautiful angel staff.
Once buyer is caught in his net, his beautiful angels will disappear and his customer care will never listen to your queries. They will answer you with readymade reply that it's company policy.
After your buying, project will get delayed, they will not give you any compensation, but always make sure to charge hefty interest from you.
His initial project were indeed good, but new projects are pathetic due to substandard construction materials used.
It's indeed better to buy his projects in resale instead of buying directly from Paramount. Atleast you can have peace of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is not taking care of paramount Symphony society after possession even not handling over to aoa. Lots of issues with maintenance agency. We are paying hard money for betterment of society but result is very disappointing
