★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paras has a very posh and expensive looking office. But they need to work on their customer dealing. They won't allow any visitor ( existing or potential customer) without security officer talking to the person whom you have come to meet. If by any chance you ain't able to connect ( due to call waiting, call busy or any other network issue), be ready to remain standing at the outer gate. They don't even have waiting space.
Security is very tight for office bearers and humiliating for visitors. They won't attend call, won't bother to call back and won't offer any relief/comfort: either through word or action.
Customer service is pathetic, security staff uncourteous and employees are non- approachable.
Perhaps this is how a real estate company operates
PS: They delivered their product with all papers and formalities done on time. But their entire process and way of handling customer is unprofessional to the extent of being rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of Paras Seasons. They force you to takes possession and then push for quick registration. Took all papers ,fees ,lawyers fees etc have taken the money for registration of their flats in 2017 and still not got it registered. There is no response and updates ,ownership .
this harassments by builders need to be stopped .

They are the biggest headache of my life. Unfair practices, inflated prices, zero corporate governance. Stay away from them and their projects. Not worth it guys. Or you face the consequences

The company is having the worst HR in their company she is so rude. She didn't give value to employees. Employees are no one for her.
That's is the one most important reason why employees of the company left too early.
I can't work in an organisation where they didn't give value to their employees.So ,I left. Even after verbal complaint of the HR on senior level no action has been taken.
She behaved with me very rudely & she was heading the HR department.
If the head HR will like this then who will wanna work in that kind of organization.
Even in my tenure four people left the organization.
My tenure was even less than 6 months.
They treat their employees according to the post /profile.
My complaint is about the HR only but the main thing is that no one take any action regarding this .
No one even take the feedback regarding HR.
