Mechanic staff was not available full day 9th nov and half staff was absent on 10th nov.
The Q of service vehicle was too long and service manager was expecting to leave to the vehicle for full day even not sure that will be able to complete the service on time or not..

β β β β β I felt it was a rip off and they try to charge extra without much explanations or proper bills. On google it shows closing time as 8 pm but it closes around 6:30pm. Late in their work with no responsibility of finishing the job. The things i mentioned they did not do in spite of writing then in the job sheet. Go only if you have coupons of free service on your new vehicles. For the older ones it better to get it done somewhere trustable place.
