★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to see the property 6 months back and i felt it is too costly, and again we need to get the inner furniture done. but recently in guntur ive seen my uncles villa the builder had given every thing including ac and furniture like cuboards and bathroom fittings and the cost was low about 3.5cr done and on it he spent some more for the shadlers,lighting etc and was given a good home theater as well. Can take this if they give it fully loaded. but price too high and locality is good. looking for east facing villas.

There is a public transportation facility. Now the area is getting good demand. The internal facilities should be checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully crafted Villas. Quality and perfection is clearly visible. This might be the best project in Vijayawada till date. Not sure if they have any smaller units with same quality affordable by working class !
Good, if they extend phase II/III etc. with smaller units, affordable by service class. We can simply trust this builder for quality.
This project deserves 5 Star.
