★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place amidst the city. The property has 4 rooms and is well maintained. I room,linen and entire house is maintained very well. The host Sriram contacted for support extended full cooperation. Close to all major tourist attractions in the city and shopping destinations. I would recommend this place for any type of customers who wants a safe and calm location at Vijayawada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a few hours to get ready for a wedding reception event. This place has 3 bedrooms and 3 restrooms which were clean and well maintained. The hall in the ground floor, dining room and another hall in the 2nd floor were all good looking with some good furniture put there. They were really huge halls though, nor the dining. The house was well maintained. This might be a good place to stay for a group of 10 but not more than that. We were a group of 20 and used this place just to get freshened up and then leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was okay. However one has to remove slippers while entering the property. No provision of tea/coffee in premise. The caretaker will bring breakfast and leave it on the table when he wants. You have to serve yourself. And it can be cold by the time you eat it. Lastly caretaker leaves at night and you are on your own at night.

We were told and expected a room in a villa, instead when we landed there we were told there was an issue with the villa and so we were forced to stay in a half-constructed hotel, which was improperly furnished, had no amenities, the room was filthy (didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned), the bedsheets were dirty, it was so unhygienic. It was an absolute nightmare. The owner of this place with whom I had spoken did not bother to even inform us that the arrangement had changed, even though we booked the place more than a week ago. It was absolutely unprofessional and such a horrendous way to make money. And at the cost of our peace of mind. After spending an entire day driving to land up here and not even a proper place to unwind or recharge. We were unable to sleep the whole night because the A/c was not working right. This place was recommended to us by a friend but I will personally never recommend this place to anyone. The only upside in this entire nonsense was the fellow at the reception (Sudam) who was helpful and amenable. Otherwise the entire experience was so disastrous and extremely horrifying for us. Never again. If the owner is reading this, you are a horrible person for making what could have been a normal stay into this nightmare all because of your inability to act like a reasonable and normal host rather than a money grubbing businessperson.
