β β β β β Worst service. They stop around midnight for dinner and also later during the journey when all passengers are sleeping peacefully and on top of that, they switch off the AC leaving passengers to suffocate during sleep. Pathetic

β β β β β I had my worst experience of my travelling. Booked a ticket. I got call that bus is 1 hour late because of traffic. Still I reached the boarding point half hour before the time told. I did not received any contact number of driver. I was waiting for 3 hours in the middle of night Still no call from operators or drivers. The contact person switched off there phone. Finally I have to go back to my home after waiting for 3 hours. The next day I called the travels office they told me we will check and let you know what happened. Waited for few hours no response. Again I called to check and there response is call later we are busy. It is like they don't have any responsibility towards there customer. Really Disappointed. Never gonna book any bus from this travels.

β β β β β Service not good, driver and staff too much arrogant, staff on board collecting passengers from every stop for extra money. Disturbed sleep through out night. Late reached at destination.SEE pic of AC vent.

β β β β β Pune to Nashik trip Non AC seater bus, costed me 500 rs in November 2021, good staff and reached the destination 1 hour early which was impressive.

β β β β β Very bad experience while traveling with parekh travels and staff was so rude, also took additional charges for baggage at bording location. If single lady Traveling with pareek travel is not safe.
