★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here the work is not proper, the parts of your bike are stolen and when the part is stolen, then complain. On doing this the manager says that you should have checked the bike or else it should have been written that the part of my bike has been stolen. If you do not take the writing, then it is your fault, the manager says that I cannot do anything in this. I would say this, do not get your bike Parekh service

Worst staff behavior, they should learn first how to talk to the customer,
Very bad experience.
Not wearing masks, Doesn't know how to talk, how to behave etc. etc.
Just they want money nothing else.
I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
i would have gave '0' star if there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workshop has closed down and they have my new bike with them... Multiple attempt to call them but the phone are switched off.
The have been closed from the last 4 days and all the customer bike are inside the workshop..
If anyone else bike still there let's get connected and try and get our bikes out...

It's a round and round thing
Activa bought on 20th October 21 has battery problem starting from February 2022. We are here and now I am told, they will send the battery to Exide, and depending on what Exide decides, it will be decided whether to give a replacement of new battery or not. Parekh Wing Service Center Bhandup is not at fault, but neither am I, so why should I suffer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier sevice use to be good but now it has severely damaged and poor. I gave my Bike for Servicing and had problem of battery charge. Last service I did in January 21 after that I didn't like to go and have Bike service even though I had AMC. After that I had to go goregaon to service my Bike since I had not use Bike regularly and had changed Battery from Bike repair shop. But still it has problem so I came to Service center to get check and Service. But person had came taking his time eventhough there is no body and informed Gurd that call engineer to come and check, since if Bike got off it will not start immediately and after many attempt of kick. By the time he came and told him problem, still have pathetic approach and without bothering issue of my bike. He didn't even check my Bike and didn't take note of it. Even after checking my last service record (Jan-21) he is more of telling unwanted think, rather then providing solutions. Moreover, he didn't explain anything else and started playing game on mobile. Then on next day I got call from sevice centre saying Bike is ready. When I reached, it is very bad experience of my life, that nothing this people had done. They not done service, change of oils etc. Bike was not washed, not even clean by cloth to clear of dust. On asking what you have done, then they said we just charged your battery for which I have pay Rs 450. Moreover, very cheap people stole patrol from Bike and kept less than half tank. When I gave my Bike for service it was almost full. Very disappointed with such services and unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Got My Activa Serviced Today and In the Name Of Service All They Had Done Was To Wash The Vehicle that Too Improperly. Neither They Changed the oil (for which ofcourse they charged money). The Before and After Feeling of My Vehicle while Driving Was Completely Same as if There was no single improvement. Open Suggestion to Everyone Don't Get your Vehicle Serviced Here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST service center I have ever come across. The are complete LOOTS and simply minting money. The staff is extremely rude & stubborn. My activa had to be repaired due to an accident, the quotation shared by them to the insurance company was insane. They charged double the market rate for majority of the elements. On approaching them for clarification, they were rigid. Chassis alignment they charged me double, after fighting back on rates, they reduced and bought to actual market rate. They never responded on time, nor were on their commitment of delivering the vehicle. The took additional 10 days from the day of delivery. Will definitely suggest customers to go and opt for a local mechanic rather than getting looted & fooled here under Honda's name. Honda should know how these companies who are spoiling the reputation of the brand.
