They lost my PUC and RC, both original, both clearly shown to staff when giving the car
Also car was given to change tires and they did every possible thing (basically nothing important) but delayed the car for a month and then still hadn't done the tires. Staff member Maaz was extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily rude as well. Horrible experience

Have been sending my cars there for service since the last over 15 years and Bipinbhai has never guided me wrong. He has helped maintain my cars in perfect running condition always.
No unnecessary additional work is loaded just to pad up their bill amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of work has been going down by the day, I used to give my swift vdi and it was serviced properly, nowadays for every single work I had to visit twice or thrice. Ciaz zdi+, replaced diesel filter and within week I had to come back with check engine light and Brake noise. Reason diesel filter loosely fitted, Brake work done by them outside was not proper. They fixed Filter and did brake servicing and within week I was back with same brake noise in right front tyre, they fixed again. Within 1 month again brake noise started, paid 3 times for brake service R&R just to fix noise. HOW HARD IT IS TO FIX SOME BRAKE NOISE? GUYS you need to seriously look into quality of service. I don’t know if it is people dependent. Only reason I am still with Patel Auto is my past experience with my SWIFT VDI and Mr Lakshmikant. But the patience is running out. 29th-Apr-2022 I have done brakes R and R if problem comes again within month or Two with brake noise, It will be time to ditch PATEL AUTO FOREVER.
