Owner is very very rude and mannersless.
No varieties, same old bags since last few years.
Sales people are very lazy, they will show only few bags, they will not even make efforts to open it and show it to you and ask you to select from them, they will not give answer to your queries, just keep on starring your face with folded hand, owner keeps on disturbing you to make it fast , even though their is no rush he ask you to select, buy and leave and when you will not buy their bag , owner misbehaves and he ll tell "u should not come to the shop when u do not buy stuffs".
If they had opened shop they should have this common sense that customers sometimes purchase , sometimes not. This kind of behaviour never bring the customer back.
Very very disappointed.Please get proper training for customer service. Because nowadays everyone gets things online and at lower price.
