Well maintained and privacy as it is away from main road.
Disadvantage is there is no parking for vehicles and road is considerably narrow.
Dining hall can accommodate 75persons and party Hall can take 175.

The venue includes an entry hall, a veranda/sub-hall, a main hall, about three small rooms in the main hall, a small stage in the main hall, a dining hall beside the main hall, and a kitchen connected to the dining hall.
Footwear is left at the entry hall. This entry hall is comparatively big, and hence can also be used to accommodate/seating of additional guests. The veranda/sub-hall, following the entry hall, can also be used for seating in case of large number of guests. The main hall can accommodate about 50-60 chairs with good walking space in between chair rows. As such, the venue can also be availed for any gatherings, or association meetings, small scale music programs.
The stage also includes a chimney fixed to the ceiling which helps to carry out homa/havan in the main hall. The dining hall can accommodate about 60-70 members at once with good walking space between rows. An exit from the dining hall leads to hand-wash area. Toilets are located beyond the kitchen.
Overall, a nice place located in a silent area. Having said all this, the street in front of the venue is a bit narrow and hence people getting cars will have to look for parking space around the venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is right on the Bannerghatta main road, about 2 km from IIM, towards Bannerghatta. It is quite spacious, capable of holding about 1000 guests. I was told that it is quite expensive at ₹3 lac per day. But it is neat and clean. This was the third time I visited the venue.
