★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a place you go with your loved pets. I had got a surgery done here for my rescue puppy. Entire process was delayed by many many hours. My pups surgery was due at 11 am and it started at 2ish. Doctor is so busy attending all patients simultaneously. Even surgery is not done in closed doors. I have witnessed it. Hundred times his junior doctors and compounders are coming and disturbing doctor during live surgery. Doctor didn't even have medical assistant during surgery. He was single handedly doing it. If short staffed, he must not take up surgery, it can cost the life of an animal. Entire place is crammed up with breeders and no social distancing norms at all. The place is like fish market. None of the junior doctors know anything. They ask the senior doctor on every diagnosis. Very very very poor. I am doing rescues for 14 yrs now and even the smallest clinics have better professionals than here. Never take your rescues or pets here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two of my cats neutered here and the doctors are very friendly and trustworthy. My cats are doing absolutely fine. The doctor here helps with all sorts of questions and queries with regard to taking care of the cats post operation as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned them atleast 10 time they didn't answer my cal reason for phoning then is i rescued 2 kittens googled animals rescue center in bangalore i got bluecross well to be frank I think this doesn't work at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy with Bluecross, I bring my two dogs here for vaccination, deworming and other requirements. The doctors don't push unnecessary medicines on my dogs, when we are doing something wrong they call us out on it! Even if they have to be rude they say it, I admire it greatly because they truly care for animals. Happy with Bluecross. I'd recommend it to other pet parents and indie pet parents as well.
