★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never stick to there promise, its been delay of 7 months of posession, still they are not sure when will they get OC. Staff is non co-operarive.
They need all apyment on time but they dont trust us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having numerous search as per my requirement , at last it ends at Park Vista. It fulfilled almost all my needs as per my budget and location. The society is very nice and amenities are good. The society members are also very much supportive and understanding. Only some cons I have seen is that I can see some cracks in both beds rooms which I think is a common now for all the builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society with nice resident's. Have spent around 2 years with the society and never faced any problem. They have 24hrs water supply and emergency electricity back up. Security gaurds are very well behaved and responsible. They always celebrate every occasion in the society as one family. You will always see people coming forward and taking initiative for things to be taken care of. Over all a nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are searching for a budget house which is located in a developing area and with better amenities then go for it.
Anywhere you go you are going to find some plus minus points, but this place gives you that good vibes or feeling of satisfaction in term of location, quality of building work, space/area of flat, area around building.
One more point is like this is the 29th project of choice goodwill group. So due to successful execution of multiple projects, they have better clarity about what exactly a customer wants & customer's expectations about his house.
Out of 3 building, 2 buildings are completed. And third one is under construction. So hoping for completeness of the project and availability of all committed amenities with ready for use & and all required provisions of power backup or basic needs will be allocated to each building seperately.
I'm sure choice group will never disappoint it's Customer.
So just visit here, just walk around & decide.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased the flat here. Total 3 wings are here out of that 2 wings are ready and A1 got recently possession and A2 got in 2018. Near to Airport ,Lohegaon bus stand and 2 km from Porwal road . Very specious flat , value for money, ample of space available for parking, inside amenities provided by builder is very well, apart from swim pool all outside amenities available, nice natural surrounded with fresh air. Little bit far distance but very value for the location . Well connected area.
Builder is also good and supporting . Some follow up did with the builder but satisfied.
