★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The owner , guards and secretary are liers and rude. No proper water supply. All kinds of restrictions like you are living in a PG. Even worse than a PG. Don't waste your time and money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience specially with Flat No 508 at Tranquil Park, Porwal Road, Pune. The owner's (confused about ownership: They claiming that X person is the owner whereas whenever I want to discuss something then I have to talk with Y person) are big Liers: Before giving token money they told that they had proper car parking but actually they don't have. There is some issue with car parking. Different parson's having different opinions. As per my understanding, they are big lier. They told proper corporation water is coming but actually water issue present. There terrace glass sliding door is not working properly. Once I got to know that such all problems then I cancelled it and then they steal my token money. Worst experience with these guys. Please be careful.
