Dropped in to Parsa's in Koramangala for lunch, which happens to be just two doors away from my bookstore (BOOKSTOP!). We were three vegetarians, and although the veg menu was minimal, it was really good. Kadhai Paneer with rumali roti. We ended the meal with Kehva - a Kashmiri chai which was absolutely lovely!! My second time in a week. Try the plain rice with rogan josh (Gravy) along with the mutton ribs “Tabak Maaz “(starter) and Rista (meat balls with light gravy )

It is a place you get the authentic Kashmir cusine. Mutton ribs - Tabak maaz- lamb ribs deeply fried in and blend with spices that add a crisp Meethi Maaz - fine chopped meat, and distinct flavour of fenugreeks Rogan josh - A delight of meat with red gravy, predominantly eateb in winters with rice. Slow cooked and warm spices add to the authentic taste of this aromatic dish

We tried wazwan combo, prices, staff service and food was good. We sat on the floor, There is a place designated for sitting. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the dinner.

Visited Parsa's with some friends on a weekday afternoon to try out some Kashmiri cuisine. The place has various outlets throughout the country and this is the only branch in Bengaluru. The ambiance is nice and laidback with some soothing music playing in the background. Started off with Kahwah which is a green tea infused with saffron strands, cinnamon bark, cardamon and some shredded pieces of almonds. An absolute must have here. Some of the friends tried the noon chai and liked it as well. Its devoid of any sweetness and is completely salty in the flavour profile. We went for the full trami as it included everything and could easily be shared amongst 4-5 people. They serve it in a large copper plate. It included rice, methi maaz, tabak maaz, seekh kebab, wazwan chicken, rista, rogan josh, aab gosh, mirchi korma and gustaba. All the dishes were really rich and flavoursome. It was an absolute riot on the palate. You can also order the items ala carte. In case you do, do not miss out on tabak maaz. Its lamb ribs cooked in milk, ghee and spices till they have become crisp on the outside. An absolute belter of a dish. They also had some rolls and thalis available on the menu but we were too full to try anything else. Overall, it was a really unique and satisfactory experience for me. Do visit it and try out the authentic  Kashmiri cuisine.

A big thank you to Arif , the Manager at Parsa's Koramangala and his whole staff, for taking our request at 10 pm in the night and serving us the authentic Wazwan, it was fresh, full of taste and the right temperature how it is supposed to be despite last minute request. This place is the perfect place for trying the authentic Kashmiri Wazwan cuisine ! Ethnic seating arrangement Great Ambience Folk music which complements the food Extremely hospitable and polite staff And the food served just at the right temperature, awesome flavours and very reasonably priced. A great choice if you want to visit it with your family and friends and try a new non-veg cuisine.

Waited so many months to visit here. Finally experienced authentic Kashmiri dishes in Bengaluru. What I didn't like: The floor sitting arrangement (the carpet) was not cleaned, the staff guy cleaned it after we asked him to do. There were flies flying around. Service was poor. First asked for water bottle, then ask for glass, then he brought just 2 for 4 of us. But I know (& what I heard from people) it is a really good restaurant. I liked the food, although tabak-maaz was way too crispy and one piece was little burnt. Gustaba was so good. I believe because we were the very first customer of the day 1 PM on Sunday, that too during Ramadan, that's why all these mistake happened. I hope to change these ratings to 5 in the future.
