★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using partsbigboss for 2 year and I swear by it. I’ve probably ordered well over a 100 items and my satisfaction rate is something like 98%. I certainly do my research by comparing prices with other online retailers and will use another retailer when their prices are cheaper. I rarely have a problem with the purchased product but when I do it always gets resolved. They also do a great job with inventory.
Replacement and refund are processed much faster than delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17 Days and still counting. Really unsure if this is a scam. Worst organization to order from. Avoid under any circumstance. They courier around 10 days after placing the order. And then they use normal India Post which again takes forever. I asked for a refund 10 days after placing the order before they couriered the product since I already bought the product from the local market. They smartly put the consignment on courier right after that. Poor ethics. Complete thugs.

Update: The parts were sent after 25 days later. The quality was adequate as compared the price. It was same as shown and described on the website. I like the product. The only problem is that you have to wait too long. Order only if you don't need the part ASAP.

On 31-03-21 and thy delivered the product after 15-16 days later when product is not compatible n trying to connect their customer service no. No one is answering my calls and when I mail for a refund no proper response, too much hassle with this company. Not at all referring anyone, this is a fraud company these all reviews are not genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to write this review because there might be people wandering if this website was legit. It is. I ordered a clutch component for my Tavera. The picture mentioned that it would be Bosch. I was skeptical. I paid the part payment so that I would lose only that much if it wouldn't come.
It is legit. The part came. It was Bosch. The website is legit. The parts are genuine. The delivery took some time but I cannot blame them because it's mentioned that it would take some time. I will be continuing to use their services again.
