Very very Bad experience everytime, from now onwards not going to do servicing in this service center

They took almost 4 hrs to change indicator light and clutch wire.(which cost me 530₹)
Garbage service.
No waiting room for customers.
Poor customer service and satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always did maintenance of my activa from this place, until I realised the people here are looters. They never wash the vehicle properly. They charge for the parts even if it can be repaired, fix used and repaired parts from other vehicles and charge the amount. While giving my vehicle to service my indicator sound machine was working properly and while recieving it back the sound was not working so I asked the mechanic and their head to fix it. The incharge of mechanics do not bother about anything untill it comes to complaint or you are fighting for the right thing. They asked me to pay extra for the indicator sound. When I refused and told them that I will file complaint they immediately fixed it. Another one time, they stole petrol from my fuel tank while servicing and when I caught them red handed they requested me to not to complaint about it and gave me the petrol back. This was the times when I actually caught their mischief. I don't even how many people they are looting. I doubt that they even do the maintenance of the vehicle properly or just charge it after washing from outside. The service is not trustworthy. You have to pay attention to every single thing. Only good thing here is the staff on desk. Those people are humble and cooperative. I would have given only one star but for those calls and customer receptionist and billing staff are very nice that's why I have given another star. I haven't filled any complaint officially because I don't want those people to loose their jobs but I really hope that my review makes an improvement in the garage section and no people are looted anymore and are given good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogant mechanic. They don't have any manners about how to talk with customer. They love street dogs than customer. I cancelled my bike servicing. My wings is much better than pashankar in case of post sale service
