This is one of the most horrific and bad ngo they only charges Money all fraud are here I once called them for a dog they told that for admitting only they will need 2k like seriously and other charges will also be included without knowing the reason without seeing the dog they said they will charge around 5 k and they claim they are running ngo this people are totally useless people earning money in the name of those poor speechless Animal

The person who answered the phone was horribly ill-behaved. I tried to explain to him several times that I am calling from Delhi, about an injured puppy my mother has found in Kolkata that needs help. I asked him if there is a possibility of taking in and helping the dog but like a typical rude manspaliner in an extremely condescending tone he told me I'm a heartless person who wants to give up the pup. As an owner of two rescue Indie dogs who has only but found positive help and feedback from NGOs working in Delhi like Friendicoes I was deeply appalled at his judging me on the basis of a two second call. How are such NGOs expected to be compassionate if they are not even willing to listen? I can completely understand that a lot of these places are overworked and stressed but this is no way to talk to anyone. Even if you're going to refuse help.

Non cooperative no care towards animals. You will never get them during emergency. I am saying this based on my personal experience. If you don't believe me, go and read their replies in the critical review section. I will not be surprised if I get one of those rubbish replies in my review also. (EDIT- I Already got one of those replies that I was expecting, well advicing me to arrange for volunteers myself, wonderful. And yes I have rescued him myself thanks to God he is safe now otherwise if everyone had relied on such organisations, no animal could be saved and yes Sir I had not asked you to advice me while riding a motorbike, and it is against traffic rules as well, thank god no policeman charged u for this)

Response of Your reply- First of all,what I did is not called dumping.If it was a dumping attempt by me and against your ngo rules, you would not have admitted the dog by taking 500/- as deposit and providing me form and receipt of the admission. Also, instead of repeatedly asking to pay the remaining 1500/-, you would have asked me to take the dog away if you were really concerned about the risk of other 50 dogs of your shelter that time only. Because as a ngo , you are very well aware of the risk of keeping a highly infectious dog as claimed by your side, although you have not been able to provide any medical report which confirms that she was suffering from distemper. Testing for detection of a disease is always the initial step of treatment of anyone.I was assured from your side that you will do all the necessary treatments.But when you informed that she is detoriating and just after 2 days of receiving complete payment, you asked me to discharge the dog as soon as possible.When I asked you to provide the previous prescription and genuine treatment details of the dog, you clearly said that you will not be able to do so. Here the question arises- Without prescription and medical report, how are you doing the treatment of animals? I was told yesterday that dr does not visit or treat except any emergency. Is distemper a joke? Maybe survival chance is low, but proper diagnosis should be done till the patient is alive. And proper diagnosis can only be donle by a doctor and a doctor never suggests medicine to any patient without prescription. But unfortunately, you are not able to provide the peoper record till now. I am sharing the record and chat screenshots . Anybody with common sense will.understand how much I heckled you. Response- Obvioulsy I dont have knowledge about medicine because I am not a medical professional. But you people also dont have any such medical knowledge and have no authority to give medications on own. But I am not illiterate and have some knowledge about other things.So, I will not believe whatever you say.In the medicine list given by you through whatsapp, inimox 300 was mentioned. Inimox is amoxycillin and it is not a over the counter drug, which means it is illegal to administer it without prescription of doctor. Then how did you are give it ? Also, maybe you dont know it is illegal to do the treatment of any animal without vet doctor acc to Veterinary Council Act 1984. What you have done is illegal until you can provide the vet prescription or reports. You are liable to answer this and I will make you to do so. Be assured.

This organisation is a disgrace.. They are the foola who will come to your review and talk like they are so called saint and play blame game with you. You can check the replies of all the reviews here. One thing to ask to the admins why is every one against you when you are trying to help the animals? Now coming to my review i have tried calling you mid January for a whole evening and there was no responce. Will it justify my rating? Now your so called baby cry for a positive review is shut up i guess. Try to do your work properly than crying over here.

Very very unprofessional in behaviour and handling animals, they have various issues like they do not have proper transportation, dog catching facility, and charges too much. They have left one of our tumor dog without treatment to die because they have ego. These unprofessional and no humane people should never handle helpless life.

I had admitted a stray dog at PAWS on 7th April. Initially , they were refusing to take her as she had distemper symptoms saying that they do not admit without prior information. However , the funny thing is before taking there, I had called on their number several times , but it was switched off. It remains switched off all the time so that no rescue or emergency case reaches them . Hearing all these, I decided to take the dog away without admitting. However , they agreed to admit the dog on their own taking 500/- deposit and telling to give 2000/- as soon as possible. Soon after this, I started receiving calls from Mr Prasenjit Dutta(owner of RKD pet shop) who is am advisory member of paws. He started speaking rudely and claiming 2000/- saying that otheewise they will be able to provide all medications. Within next 2 days, I paid the full amount of 2000/- and asked them to do all possible treatment assuring I will provide the fund.Paws informed me that they are doing the possible treatments from their side. However, 2 days later they suddenly realized that they will be not be able to treat distemper dog. Mr Dutta told me to take the dog away anyhow as soon as possible. I agreed to do that and did that also. Now when I am asking for the treatment record they are unable to provide any prescription and telling that they have no such vets who does the treatments. The most horrible thing is I dont know who did the treatment - their shelter manager, caretaker, swewper, or Mr Dutta just like he gives vaccine to dogs at his pet shop himself being a mere pet shop owner. They are offering me to take back 2000/- deposit. I dont need the money back I had given it for someones treatment . All I want is a prescription and a genuine record of treatment which I have understood you will never be able to give. My Suggestion- If you dont have money for anything, shut down the centre and do anything else for living. Dont play with the life of innocent animals.
