★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it is a state government facility, you can expect treatment very cheap in cost, but doctors are real deal..they really treat animals with care and provides very good diagnosis and medicines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but there is no guarantee of getting your preferred doctor's appointment. I prefer Dr. Samanta however he is bit rude and hardly touch any pet. But for my pet, his diagnosis is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities, you may have to wait for your turn but that worth waiting. Doctors fully examine the pet and guide about the vaccination and medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in salt lake... came across some of the best vet surgeons in the last 15 yrs... have bad experiences too.. sad part is there is no emergency... very limited infrastructure...as of now things have gotten better ... plz WB govt ... improve the infrastructure for the animals... its needed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was neat and clean, the doctor and the admins there were well behaved. Medicines prescribed for my kittens worked wonder on them and so i am writing this review after they have recovered. They distribute tickets from 9, so be there before if you don't want to wait for too long. Only complain is that when I visited they said only consultation was done there. X-rays, blood test or any other kind of procedures were not done even though I could see operation rooms situated within the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally froud with us .. doctor s are saying to buy medicine from outside. Any another pet staff is not touching this pet for help .and not even a treatment for leg ??? why they are saying free government pet health care. You all are see this photo of pet and her condition. Are you think he need medicine or a treatment bandaging ... this is not a pet dog this is a street dog he is injured her leg in a accident . And doctors are saying this is very serious condition go to another pet hospital
