★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Issue of passport is smooth except that the police officer who came to verify the documents to our house demanded 500 rupees saying "mamulu" to complete the verification. Kindly investigate the officers who collect money for passport document verification

Tatkal not available as it was initial setup stage, Normal process was so fast will be delivered your passport in 15 to 25 days, Maintained by TCS so process got fastest. just go for normal passport process it was so quick and deliberate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good in seva kendra...but the surroundings are very untidy...no proper sitting arrangements are provided being an Govt sector .i fell down from the chair I sat as it tilted down.. this the condition of that department...what happens if an older people sit unknowingly...Govt must upgrade the furnishings and provide facilities to the employees as they were working under extreme hot conditins....please do so...Thank you...see the world wide facilities.....to their staff and public...
