★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and ill-mannered. Had called for enquiring about services, and the lady cut the call on my face asking me to go and call the customer care for the regional passport office. When I called back to point out such a rude behaviour, she displayed an excessive amount of arrogance and zero sign of apologising for such a behaviour.

Nikitha was helping me in getting the application filled and got it uploaded to get the appointment as I was held up with work that entire day. Appreciate all the help and guidance without which it would have been very difficult to accomplish the task in my busy schedule of work. Definitely double thumbs up for her dedication towards her assignment.
