★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. My process took 5 hours. GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS enjoy their lunch time as if it is a festival feast. All of us were forced to wait hungry thirsty till they had their leisure lunch. COUNTER B officers were eagerly waiting for lunch time.!! Temperature inside was 29°C. All were panting, it was difficult to breathe. Horrible is a a small word for such kind of management. DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR GOVERNMENT. SHAME ON YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience at a "government office". The staff is polite and cooperative and very helpful. Everything is well organized and rapid moving. The document checking is stringent, please carry all your proper, required documents and you'll be through the process.
Pro tip: Be punctual and organized with all the required documents handy and well arranged.
Can try: If your family members or spouse are having appointment on same day but different time slots the staff "can" consider to have you all accommodated together in a single slot.
