But it could not happened because of No Internet .And all thanks to The Great MTNL network.suggestion for all other passport applicants do not select this POPOK for your any passport work. It will not going to work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to POPSK Vikroli office. It was awesome experience. I entered in premises on 10.43 AM and out at 11.17 AM. (Appox.34 Mins).
Staff is very cooperative. Overall service was prompt n hassle free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lathargic staff, no questions answered, no proper setup nor the AC's were working in this summer. Super slow servers and services. No communication and information from the staff and super slow Server which took time to upload the data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's post office and also passport seva kendra. Recently the passport seva is closed due to some reasons. Due to lockdown there is only one person operating all the work, so it's being crowded and time consuming. Place is not so spacious so people have to wait outside the office in line in peak hours. They should improve infrastructure and office facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2019 - TCS staff and one passport officer were available. i had applied for my children. Passport officer had not accepted the details available in birth certificate belongs to one of my children. found a gap in surname. Told me to wait & demanded bribe. Both TCS staff and officer had joint operation here. Pathetic beggars, i applied again with the same document & got their passport. i suggest you to approach thane office for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applying for a passport was the worst experience , if a student's permanent and personal address is different then he first has to make a bank account with the present address and while opening a bank account they ask for the present address proof (passport/adhar/pan) .It's like a never ending LOOP.
All these rules are just apply to comman people and harras them. Still people are scamming and leaving the nation,are these rules for only innocent and common people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience, all concerned staff were very professional, well informed and made my visit a quick and efficient one. A 18 minute start to exit was really unexpected. The appointment on the website and subsequent documents needed listed makes it very easy. I suggest we read those and reach organised, the rest will be seamless at the office. I am extremely sorry not to check their names, but all 3 personnel were really efficient and made my experience an excellent one. Kudos to you guys and keep up the good work.
