★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, I was on a long ride and my rear wheel came lose and I needed to tighten it as my rear gear kept making my chain come off. I asked the mechanic to please tighten the bolt, he straight up refused despite having the tool and time, he just sat there using his phone , he even refused to lend me the tool to do it myself. I had to walk home. Worst service for customers and being a cycle shop , these kind of emergency situations cannot be down played, worst experience ever.
