★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is comfortable and price is fair but they are sometime late and wait for fuel filling... Kindly check if they are on time and where they will drop you... And if there is any fuel filling stop or not... Else this is the best choice to travel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus service.its not bus it's a local auto rickshaws......which serch for pessangers at every stop until it wasn't full.it was late more then 1.5 hours....they should start auto .in between at night they immediately told all to change bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very third rate services. Their Drivers do not know roads, locations to drop off the passengers... Adding to that they move around in Ahmedabad city for finding the road to Rajkot. When you ask the Driver Or Cleaner their reply is "This is our first trip today, what location are you saying we do not know". Unfortunately Eagle Travels is stopped otherwise Eagle is far better than Ptt. It is better to cancel your trip than travel by their bus. There is no negative rating possible otherwise, I could have rated them negative. Our ratings for their service is based on our today's experience of trip from Rajkot to Baroda. The Bus No. Started from Rajkot at 10:05 AM and dropped at Baroda at 6:45 PM. It is more than 8 hours.....!!!!!!Even Local buses of GSRTC are faster than this. The customers are suffered very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to the way these travel charges are being taken, we are not providing blankets or sheets in Volvo, and the charging plugs in the cabin do not work, and the passengers are taken from other routes without speaking, and waste travelers time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not travel in patel travels. They will change bus anytime. I had very worst experience during trip At midnight 1.30pm. bus change on road. With no proper valuable reason. And making fool to customers by providing wrong reasons And one more thing that bus will reach boarding point on their own mood not only 10-15 min. But 1 hour late. Complete thinking of their own profit patel travels. Not for customer satisfaction.
Name should be *Mood depending travels*
also should mention on bus booking apps.
So, customer can choose other travels options
