★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was good. The worst traveling experience. I booked ticket Pune to Gandhidham in AC Sleeper (bus no: 9899). After Ahmedabad they asked us to change the bus that too in AC seating coach. Well, we booked bus direct to Gandhidham that too in AC sleeper coach and from Ahmedabad they forced us to be in seating bus. We were also not given any information regarding the same. I would say please do not expect that your end to end destination travel will be smoother in this travels. If you travel to Ahmedabad only this travels is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bas was 15 minutes late at boarding point, staff was rude and they are not giving any instruction or proper answer. We booked ticket in sleeping bus and when bus reached Ahmedabad they told us to change the bus they shifted us to seating bus. we asked what is the reason ? they said " yaha pe ase hi chltahe ". my wife was not much comfortable in that bus and bcoz of that she had to take medicines.
Timing to reach Rajkot is 3 : 00 PM instead of that bus was in Ahmedabad at 3:05 pm and they are waiting for other passengers. we call to pune office they told we have no idea about it, maybe it’s because of traffic. 4 hours and and 30 mints late. Pathetic experience with Patel tours & travels. I suggest other travellers if you are traveling for long journey go with some good company this travel agency is not good at all. service is very poor nooo it's not poor it's beyond that .

Bus not reaches on scheduled time.
It takes a lot of time to take passengers on the way to full their pockets.. specially drivers do such cheap things. They don't care about passengers. I called customer care but after talking for sometime they disconnected the call. Very irresponsible behavior.
