1.Last minute changing of seats without prior intimation and our consent
2. No proper bus tracking
3. Came to location after 45 minutes of scheduled time
4. Very poor maintenance of dusty and dirt all over seats
5. No covid protocols mask not weared by driver and allocatoon person
6. Bus is not benz model
7. Behaviour of staff is rude
8. No neat resting stop for using restrooms
9. But best cheaters should stay away when you're having long journey with more than three names running travel agency but does not care about your safety or your issues.
