★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Mornings the website stated out for delivery, however in the evening the the tracking was updated as address incorrect. Sadly Aramex has delivered to my address multiple times for Ebay. If they were not able to find the address the delivery person could have called up rather than falsely stating that the address was incorrect. I wasted my day waiting for the courier the entire day. When I called up Aramex they were unable to tell me the person who was going to deliver, and only stated its out for delivery. Another problem with this courier is they do not make deliveries on Sunday. Will never trust Aramex for my deliveries in future.
Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third service and third class delivery people. They do have sense to deal civilians and do not have sense to park the vehicle in the apartments. They park in reserved parkings and create troubles to the parking owners and creating stretches on parked vehicles. Disgusting. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Inspite of giving correct address they didn't deliever parcel saying incorrect address updated, when complained about it they updated the status again saying 'delivery refused' relation self. And still calling them everyday and waiting for parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, I don't know if they want to run business or not..They have no sense of communication with customers. I called them multiple times at 12,1,2 pm and guy says it lunch time call later... What kind of professionalism is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a pendrive from amazon which was supposed to be shipped by aramex.3 days I am receiving a sms that your courier is out for delivery but still i have not received it.ot a message that contact amazon for additional address information.I called them but no one is picking up the call.very unprofessional.I cannot give 0 rating here so 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic company... worst service.... bluffmasters... fake status update.... they will send message that parcel 'out for delivery', later they will send fake message 'address incorrect', then again fake message 'door closed'..... even if they offer that ' they will make free delivery and on top up they will pay me to use their services' ..... I m not gonna use their services. I suggest... no one should use courier company like Aramex. They are all cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Horrible courier service. Unprofessional and shameless customer service. Please never send any document using this shanty house called a courier service else you have yourself to blame. Mail delivery is not done and they FALSELY update their system saying incomplete address. No delivery man calls you and when you call customer service they either do not answer and when they do its a vague reply.
The only reason i selected 1 star is because there is no ZERO. Pleaseeee do not bother using this courier so you dont go through same horrors like me.
