★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional staff, good service. Though had to pay cash, as their card machine wasn't working and didn't accept upi. Courier price is a little expensive. Difficult to reach at this time (Jan 2021) due to road construction right in front, but should get better once the construction is complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located in Pimple Gurav behind Mayur Nagari. The place can be easily spotted from the street. The station is not properly organized, no clear instructions available anywhere, the staff is below average and aren't trained in customer service. There's no other Bluedart or DHL available nearby hence this is the last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing assistance by Ms. Komal Surve... I needed some documents to reach Gujarat ASAP. It was submitted at the counter in Guru Pimpale at 5.00pm yesterday. It was delivered to Ahmedabad at 10.00am today. Worth every rupee spent! Keep up the great service Blue Dart! ??

Pathetic customer service.
Parcel stuck and lying in the warehouse for 2 days.
Customer service people assure you that it will be prioritised but do not do anything.
False assurances and zero care for the customer.
Better not to use them.
