★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to return laptop battery (hazard item) to the seller. E-com company denied as they don't have road (only road). Other courier companies denied too.
But FedEx employees at Kasarwadi helped with consultation, quotation and pickup. The product was delivered on time without any damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same thing for all customers. Never deliver the package on time. If they are going that side, they will deliver. If not, the package will remain in the facility for days. Even customer care always says the same thing, "will be positively delivered tomorrow". Fed-up rather FedEx. Poor show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people never deliver parcels on time. Very bad service. No value of time. Twice happened to me, my parcels were lying at their local facility for couple of days and these people kept updating status as "Incorrect delivery address". And they call it Fedex Express ?? where is the express ??. And height of it, they don't even care to give a call to the customer if they are really facing any problem in finding the address. Grow up people and see where you stand. Lot of small courier companies are giving faster service than you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting the parcel on 22nd oct evening as per the status . They also loaded for delivery and again after sometime status changed to : shipment in fedex facility . They try to adjust the parcel as per their schedule and not as per customers requirements ......Also raised a complaint to customer care , they dont have any contact number of branch office to communicate Whats the use of paying so premium charges to so called fedex......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same issue with me. They raised a delivery exception of Incorrect address while i didn't received any call from them and then returned the package to shipper. FedEx customer support is also dumb as them. I was in continuous contact with the customer support still they returned the package to shipper. Not worth for one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep giving excuses for last mile delivery, worst experience, Excuses like business was closed , the reciever didn't pick up the call or the given address is incorrect are some excuses out of many that they give for failing to deliver the courier on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got messaged that they will deliver my parcel and they did not, no update from their side its been two days now, i contacted costumer service they are saying wrong address, its the same address i use for other service like amazon, myntra etc they deliver it on time, why fedex are saying its the wrong address, so its not my fault right its yours service ... its such a bad impression for you guys....!!! Kindly look into the issue and try to resolve it.
