★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate them zero, I gave my COVID test on 8th April at 1pm and it is close to 48hrs with no report, the lab or contact person does not pick up calls,
tried through pathkind central helpine and they say that the sample never reached the lab...
Avoidable , stay away
I was forced to select a star else it would be zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this lab. They cheat you by taking extra money.
I was charged Rs 1200 for pap smear however bill was given for Rs 950 only.
Upon questioning they admitted the mistake and promised to return the money by paytm. Haven't received anything though.
They even stopped taking calls. Seems will have to go there physically.

I hope there is an option to rate less than 1 ?.
Short Review : Rowdy people. Unprofessional behaviour. Terrible experience. Untrained staff ( don't even know how to collect blood sample )
Detailed review: This was my first and last visit. We visited this lab for my 3 year old niece. Before visiting I confirmed with them, that, I ll have to give blood sample of 3 year baby girl, Can you guys do it?
They said "Haan le k to aao uske baad dekh lenge."
After reaching they started the process. Without even checking veins he inserted syringe and was unable to collect the blood. Immediately he inserted same syringe 4-5 times to put it at correct place.
During this time we asked him to do it correctly. He responded "Aap hame hmara kaam mat sikhao, hmara ye roj ka hai".
We totally agreed with this statement, but the rude way he said was Not at all accepted ( like a roadside rowdy).
Anyway, sample was given. Then I politely said to him you could have said this thing in a better professional way. Then he shouted (again that rowdyism) , "maine bilkul sahi tareeke se bola hai or Maine aapko yha nahi bulaya aap apni marji se aaye ho, yha or bhi labs hai un sab ko chhod k mere pas aaye ho"
I told him that we actually visited this lab, as other one asked us to wait for 40-45 min. I thought let's finish this matter, as my niece was still crying, so I asked for bill. But looks like he was in a mood to argue more. Our argument got heated up and finally we decided not to go ahead them.
Advice to them:
1. Learn to say NO if you are not competent.
2. Learn at least bare minimum professionalism.
3. Choose words wisely while talking.
4. Learn to respect people. Remember, you receive what you give.
Advice to customer:
1. If you have time and energy to argue, this is a must go place.
2. Pay them, but please don't ask for bill. They will clearly deny.
3. BIG NO FOR KIDS.
4. Please visit, if you want to spoil you mood and day.
5. PLEASE ASK FOR PROPER ID CARD OR ANY DOCUMENT WHICH SHOWS THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONALLY PHLEBOTOMIST. I REALLY DOUBT IF ANYONE OF THEM IS HAVING ANY DIPLOMA/ DEGREE OR ANYTHING.
