★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior of receptionist. And they are doing Covid test but giving report very let as all the private pathology lab are giving test results in 24 hour they are taking more than 42 hours .

Collected swab for RT PCR on 22nd April and no report till 27th night.Today evening massages, system crashed.Then what is the authenticity and purpose of test.Report collector Mr xxx ,patna, charged Rs2600/for two persons.The lab is caucus of frauds so be careful.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go in this lab even if you are dying. They give false #Covid RTPCR report. Firstly they will always give you positive so that you again come second time.
For me, I gave sample on 23rd,april 2021, and 26th i went they said today it will come, again on 27th i went they said tomorrow it will come so i started fighting with them, and after one minutes they said your report came and they gave me positive with CT value 15 after fighting.
They are #fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They take more than 4 days to give reports for RT PCR test for COVID 19. Although, initially before taking samples they will claim to give you results within 40 hrs. I know few lab , who give report within 48hrs, but they will keep on telling you that other labs take 5-7 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for this labs, very bad survice, not even provide correct report.i am totally frustrated by there survice.
Please don't go for it. they takes 1 week to share the report, there customer care are totally worst. I have given 6500 for 4 covid test, but still not getting any response from them, i have tried all possible processes to get my solutions, lastly unsatisfied, nd looking for another labs .
Note- please don't trust this labs policy and report.

After 6 days on 11 oct 2021 i have again submitted my sample for covid test this time they demanded 1500 i am ready for payment but they said they will make bill of 800 only.dont know why ..its fraud
