★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not at all good. Yesterday someone had collected my sample around 2-3 noon and said reports will come on my whatsapp by next day. When I called in the the morning , he answered in a rude tone and said call the main office.He also said it will come by evening for sure.
It is already 11:15 (night) , I dont know by when will I get my reports. None of the numbers is getting connected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my personal experience i can say that..it is the best lab in terms of accuracy of results,prompt service and staff coordination and humbleness.
Accuracy of results can be attributed to theirs advanced and modern equipment ,which other labs are still lacking. I remember an incident , wherein i called them for my test report results and just after few minutes , i got my reports soft copy on my mail. Just Hats Off to theirs prompt 24*7 service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost lab.... Poor decisions making.
I have lost my aunty due to Saral Pathology report.. They ware provide the report one week later than committed time.. Which was not clear report they have suspected.. I have given sample to another lab for retest the same. They committed the time to provide the report with in a week. But they had taken 15 days to provide in report.
So my suggestion is that if any Dr refer in Saral path lab then please request them to select the lab in our choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite surprised that there are still some people who have given more than 1 star to this ill managed lab and its ill mannered staffs. Today I visited at Bhootnath center for COVID-19 PCR test with my family including ladies, children and a senior citizen. We had to wait for about 6 hours for collection of samples. Till then both my children got fever. Inspite of asking about the delay, they didn't even utter a single word. But after inspection it was found that sample collections of those people were done (behind close doors) who had approach. When I raised the questions then all the staffs behaved very badly. But after pressure from other patients they started taking samples serially.
But my overall experience with this lab was very poor.
No management, no proper sitting arrangements, no waiting area...people had to stay on the road while waiting for their turn where property owner used to abuse the and treat very badly.
I would never never never recommend any of my friends and family members to have such dreadful experience. ?
