★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there was no option of giving zero stars. This is the worst experience I ever had in terms of Radiological facilities in Patna. Never ever vist this place . Unruly staff who make you wait for hours on end with no queuing system. They keep pushing some of their VIP customer s ahead. They do not value your time and reports are also delayed. Apparently they have dub standard equipment along with their substandard staff. Worst in Patna. Never vist this centre.

Staffs have no idea how rough they speak with fellow patients...no sense of humanity ...works on reference....fights for just parking a vehicle... The guard standing outside is not even helping patient get inside ...location poor ...mentality of workers worst.. Acts as if it's a govt hosp... Machine is very old...seems like it was set up in 90s ...images are not clear...doctor not satisfied with the films...no uniform..no formality ...seems like running a home business...band krdo
