★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. They take sample and fees but then take too long to deliver the report. Unprofessional and impolite staff. Poor service. Worst in Patna. Recommended by worst gynaecologist At Manas Nursing Home. They don't take or consider the patient seriously. Don't go here in case of any emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best diagnostic center in patna with latest machines and technology. The staff are very cooperative and polite. The rates are very reasonable. Also one can get their whole body checked up as the center offers various packages for complete body check up. As the place is very popular for its good service thus at times there is rush so it is good to take prior appointment.

Just see the situations of all the big hospitals,even the small shop has card machine or upi payment option(s). Government is building infrastructure for doing things online but the hospitals are operating in offline mode especially for taking cash. "This is DIGITAL INDIA"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give rating in minus. Arrogant staff , before billing they will say they will deliver reports at earliest, after test they will just keep you waiting and waiting . Insensitive people . Don't go on the infrastructure. If you have a lot of time to kill, please visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place...!!! Staffs are arrogant....!!! No value for you time! Even after appointment they will ask you to wait for 3-4 hours. They worst part is they gave used clothes for my Mom's MRI scan. They have completely forgotten corona virus.
PS: carry your own clothes and block full day if you are planning to come here. Better to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians here are absolutely unskilled. I had an MRI appointment here, and I had to abandon the MTI Scan in between only because of unskilled technicians they have hired.
The unskilled technicians at this diagnostic center will treat you as if MRI is something which is unique, and probably you are lucky enough to get an MRI scan done at their diagnostic center.
These guys are absolutely unskilled. And they are probably themselves learning (or interning). And thus the patient has to bear the brunt of their uselessness.
I would suggest avoid getting an MRI scan here.
