★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best radiology care service provider in Patna. The Practitioner, Technicians and Nursing staffs are very experienced and helpful. I have found Dr. Brajesh is a great person and takes keen interest in every case and explain every prospective to patient / family members. I would highly recommend this care center if you are looking for world class diagnosis for any thing relavent to Radiology, CT scan / Ultrasound / MRI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. No cleanliness, no hygiene maintenance, no sanitization, no temperature scanning. Rude and ignorant behaviour towards patients. They are even asking us to use our surface sanitizers for their chairs.
They will make you wait on the patient's bed surrounded by a stinking dustbin and they will take their time to finish some other works. And if by mistake you will ask that how much time will it take then you will get asked in a rude manner that "what's your problem??"
I cannot suggest anybody to go there. If you're paying that much amount and still getting no safety and these kind of response then there is no need to bear such kind of irresponsible and rude attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My relative got CT scan done in afternoon and was informed to collect report in evening 8 PM.I reached at 8 PM. The first response came from staff at counter was 'Kal Aaiye'. Then why did you ask me to come at 8 PM evening in the first place for collection of report. Then argument happened. Then after, staff at counter asked to wait for further an hour. I waited patiently and saw little bit of argument happening with a few other customers as well regarding report collection and timing in an hour of wait. We requested for soft copy as we were consulting docs outside Patna as well. Soft copy of report was not provided.
Healthcare center appeared to be understaffed+under-resourced in terms of hygiene and cleanliness as no housekeeping staffs were seen during my waiting period.
During my one hour of waiting period, I observed 2 patients being transferred from hospital to ambulance and vice versa. In both transfers, one staff from hospital was supporting in transfer and others were either relative or caregivers waiting for reports etc. I don't know if this is the case with most of small hospitals/nursing home type health care centers in Patna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting so many Doctors and diagnosticians for 2 months and losing all hope I went to this place. Dr Brajesh is the best radiologist in Patna and was keen in helping me in my diagnosis. I am glad that I went there and I would recommend this place to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad, Worst Experienced..I got my relative checked up yesterday. All investigations were done at 3 o'clock. He called me to report at 9 o'clock at night. But I had read in the review that the report does not give on time, so I went to take the report at 8:30 this morning. He tells me whether you want the best report or not. So what did I say? I said yes. So he says, come at 10 o'clock when the doctor comes, the doctor will see the report again. When I asked when the doctors would come and see the report. So he says hmmm.. doctors come by 10 o'clock. When I said that your review is very bad, tell me the final time when I come. I have come so far from the boring road, so he said that come at 11 o'clock. ..I called at 11 o'clock, but the report was not made. I made a call in 11:30, yet the report was not made. After all, I reached there 12:30 pm, then he made reports within 15 minutes.Other than this, I couldn't not see maturity, sincerity in any staff. It seemed to me that all the college students were sitting in the canteen and mumbling. In the entire staff, only 1 or 2 staff wearing masks.
