★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11th Oct I purchased a Whirlpool 265 ltr crystal mirror freeze. The salesperson booked me the display piece of showroom which has a very important feature missing, i.e. IntelliSense. The freeze buzzes when door not closed more than 2 minutes. He also did not clean the freeze before delivering which was promised. Also, charged me delivering a brand new freeze. I pretty disappointed that salesman did not tell me the above feature missing, just to sale it. I STRONGLY OBJECT THIS UNETHICAL PRACTICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a TV from here, everyone's behaviour is nice. They helped us to choose a perfect TV for our home according to our requirements. It took a little bit more time for processing of Bajaj card but it was done perfectly. If you compare the price between Reliance digital and Patra Electronics then there is a minimum amount difference for the same product. The TV we bought it's 58K in Patra Electronics but in Reliance digital it's 61K. It's not huge difference for some people but it for some. If you're looking for a budget friendly place then this place is for you.
