★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is situated very near to Chakdaha Railway Station Down Platform. It is on the first floor but there is no option of Lift. Branch staffs are friendly but having lack of knowledge about banking. Actually , they are improving . Branch Manager is efficient. The branch have the potential to be the banking major in the Chakdaha area. The branch is open full day in the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month. The savings accounts offered by the bank are AQB-2000, AQB-5000, AQB-25000. The branch offers the Pass book delivery on the 2nd day of account opening. Love it. The branch also has 24hrs ATM in the ground floor of the building without any security guard.

Their behavior was good but they took extra charges (80-150) , in my case they took Rs150 as I had done it without pancard for paytm kyc done , that was very bad
