★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paulo travels ... Its first time i am using service of them for surat to kalyan.
Bus is well before time {30min} so every passenger can board comfortablely. Bus is neat and clean, seat is good. Bus is non ac so if anyone planning to travel by this bus don't forget to carry blanket in winter season.
Boarding point was SMC shopping centre sahar darwaja surat , most of the travel agency operates from here, it's very well known place in surat {city of flyover bridges}.
Travel tip: always Reach boarding point before time and carry basic required things along with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night I lost my phone travel between nashik to surat..... Because of they don't have door to there cabin..... They just provide curtains.... Any buddy can easily stolen your any from your cabin when we r in sleep..... By just removeing curtain..... There staffs are not responsive against it.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude drivers who don't even answer phone. Bus is always late. Least bothered office staffs. That's Paulo in all. Better to travel in state transport bus local bus rather than take their AC buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Generally it takes 8 hours to reach. Earlier when I board on 9 in night I used to reach Pune by 5 AM in d morning, these days they take 11 hours to reach n just make excuses of traffic though I noticed it's not traffic but they make money out of parcels and due to dat it becomes routine now. There's no traffic no issues but these guys make late out of their greed to earn more through parcels. It's pathetic as they don't value my time n just wasted my extra 4 hours everytime.
