★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pathetic Service i was travelling with my wife they gave me timing of 8.15 .They started me calling from 7.53 i then they called at 8.05 i was never told to come 15 minutes before as my wife was ill i told them that i will be little bit late, i reached at stop at 8.20 they had left ill patient i had wasted my 800 rs and over.Conductor speaking was very rude as if he was taking me free .Conductor name is sayyed sameer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic travel agency. Never ever book a ticket from here. The buses are always delayed. Also they don't even bother to notify you if the bus has been cancelled. Customer care is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks punctuality, cleanliness in the bus, also lacks customer experience etiquette when someone has booked the seats of their choice, still they change and assign different seats to that customer without informing him and consulting him. Not professional at all. Charges are also very high for the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really pathetic experience with Paulo Travels.
Had booked tickets for a bus to be departed at 10:25 from Wai to Mumbai.
The boarding point given to us was wrong.
We reached highway, at the boarding point an hour before, didn't receive any details about the Bus and driver at all.
We were waiting on the highway till 1 a.m with luggage, completely at a deserted place. Finally after an escalation call we got the bus at 2 in the night.
No apologies by the operator at all. Seriously would not recommend at all, never ever go for Paulo Travels.
