★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic experience and big liar. I visited for conversion inquiry, spend 4 hours in queue/waiting and then the lady told they will send an email where you can pay the conversion fees. The email never came 2-3-4 days, never. Then I talked with customer care, they are more worst. They said they will talk to this borivali branch and nothing happen...It's WORST....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this moment HDFC is the only bank will give Home loan without much trouble, but you need a tremendous PATIENCE because they will make wait for more than Half day even during Loan Disbursement as well... Since my loan had been sanctioned well in time, so I have no complaint, but HDFC just need to look at the way to save time of Customer. Waiting is frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a single call is been answered by the Branch.
The people staffed hear are defaming HDFC brand name.
I had applied for Housing loan in Oct-20, on the date of disbursement, I had to wait for long 6 hours to get the disbursement. There is no value of time at all. And now when we are trying to contact on the landline nos. there is no response, no one is bothered to pick up the call and resolve our queries.
Very poor service I must say. This is going to affect HDFC in long run, if these things are not corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied for Homeloan in Hdfc it took them 1 month to sanction the loan after several followups and 1 month to disburse the loan.
Branch manager - Monika Jain is not at all responsive, she does not pick up the call at all . Her way of working is going to affet Hdfc in long run. I have to always push her to work . Government office is better than HDFC .
If you have Manager who needs to be continuosly pushed and follow up to be done with her for work , u can imagine what type of employees HDFC LTD may have. Six days have passed since disbursement request raised.
Calls are not getting answered , Mails are not reverted . Just for meeting the staff u need to atleast wait for 2-4 hrs minimum in their office.
Its like we pay processing feees to HDFC to harass us mentally .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch location is incorrect on the map, kindly make the necessary changes as it becomes very difficult in this scorching sun to find the location if it is mentioned incorrectly.
