It may take couple of years before its potentially occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential tower in jaypee greens wish town sector-128. Have all facilities like parking, power back up and have view of golf course. Flats are spacious. Proper 3BHK flats, with a large living and drawing room space.
As jaypee has give possession a year before, so some flats are vacant. But all in all facilities are good, location and greenery of wish town is additional to it.
Good options for bachelors, common club, gym and hall area is available for residents. A large area to sit and run is also there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Appartments. I have visited the building once or twice to stay at my friend's place.
3 BHK Appartment with a decent living room and 2 lifts in each building. People living at 10th floor or above get the perfect view of the greenery outside.
This place is occupied by Amitians/ student of Amity (because PH-1 rent is cheaper than its counterparts) and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavilion Heights one is situated at the corner plot of the JayPee Wish Town and enjoy great views of Yamuna River on one side and the golf course in the other. The building has got 17 floors and 2 basement floors for parking. The central lawn is a bit small and doesn't have any games court.
