Took initial deposit of 2000 and promised us to refund 1200, when we actually returned the cylinder they only returned 500 ignoring the promised refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi , due to this current lockdown scenario. I have called this Gas Agency when can i come or till what time there shop will be open so that i can come and take cylinder. Instead that the dealer said he will deliver it to my house. I gave him call 3 times all the time he was like yes mam we will deliver it to you. The day went and in that hopei didn't went to look out for other agency as this was near. And as predicted it wasn't delivered and i will not be able to cook till monday morning as i dont have any cylinder.
At least during this covid time have some humanity..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this agency. They donot provide the refund of your deposit. They will not pick your call, hang up in between and talk harshly when it comes to deposit. Getting the deposit back from them is an additional headache especially when you are vacating the place as they know you that you are anyways leaving.
I waited for a week but these people didnot take the cylinder back and refund the amount and finally I have to move out without the deposit and had to drop the cylinder to the guard as I have no place to carry it to. Fraud !!
