★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we bought a dress material from Pavitraa. Here are the details of our worst experience of shopping
1) The design and color of actual dress material was totally different than what they had advertised on their website
2) We returned the dress material within 15 days and DTDC courier receipts also confirms it. But Pavitraa representatives are telling that they have received the dress material after 15 days
3) When we told them that we will open a dispute against them. Pavitraa send the same dress material back to us so that they don't have to refund the money. Planning to complain against them in consumer court and Better Business Bureau
4) Their own staff and relatives are posting 4 star and 5 star ratings for pavitraa. Actual customer ratings are one star only
Seems their business objective is to cheat people and make some easy money. Please feel free to contact me via email and I will share the evidences. Based on my experience, I would recommend you to stay away from Pavitraa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have odered the gown.it has been delivered me at the correct time.but the gown which i had ordered was not that what i recieved today.its totally different and worst.i wasted my money.when i called on the given number firstly it was switched off i kept calling contineusly then ranged up and recieved my call.when i said the person about my order issue he said he will call back me later.after i call again then the number was switched off.still i am trying on the no.but not working.i really upset with the product and the website.

They only call for confirmation of product else their number are always switched off. They Display something else but in real product is very different from what is displayed on website.
