★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product I ordered was not worth even half of the price. I had to send the product back to seller's address by paying from my pocket for courier. I was even forced to delete my negative review so that I can receive the exchanged product. People here won't entertain your complain or phone call. Here m reviewing the service again. They do not have any return policy. So once u order the product n wants to exchange you'll have to pay extra from your pocket for courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services I ever had seen, what we ordered we got totally different suit, just wasting time and money, when I ask to refund or replacement they just simply say they will reply in 2 days, according to their terms and condition on website it is stated that the refund should be in today's like a replacement or return, such a pathetic services ever seen in online shopping the owner of the company and the staff that should be in Jail and I have file case against these basterds if there is a minus stars I will definitely choose that

Costumes support didn't pick your calls . I have there call recordings that what the had said earlier but in vein this is the worst online shopping store.

If u can't able to hear and u can't able to refund please stop your fake business I try 2 days . If you will not reply I have taken legal action. I also send pic of your damage product

One should hava a good return policy in website which sell anything online this website has zero refund policy as there complains section manager Satyam stop picking up the calls. There email manager Praful khatik stop replying to emails. DON'T TRY TO SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S VERY DANGEROUS TO SHOP FROM HERE.

They will not pick your calls if they get your money . The dress shown in pic. Is totally different and worst. I am warning you don't shop from this site. May this information help you guys. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a waste of money and there is no proper refund and return policy. What happened with me is i have returned the product the same day when i received. Before returning them i called them but there was no response. So according to their policy within 2 days i returned it but didn't received any refund. When i called them they say "WE DON'T HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY" and other excuses like u should have called us before returning and its not our fault. They don't have business ethics.
