★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unprofessional staff. I went for a grooming session and they could not handle my beagle properly and were holding him forcefully by neck. On top of that, the lady was trying to sell me their products rather than addressing the situation. Won't visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are frauds. I will post this, and then to maintain their ratings,they will post 5 star ratings from 5 other accounts. But they gave us stray dog, being first time pet parents, we were not able to differentiate as the 35-40 days puppy looked exactly like labrador puppy. Now vets have told us and we can also see our growing pet is not at all a labrador.
No matter how many fraud ratings they will keep doing here, i will also keep posting. If i would have the time, i would have filed a case against these people ( Neetanshu). But for now i will also keep posting about them here.

I love their work. They dont just treat you like a customer they make a good relation with the dog and the owner. My dog loves to go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ill experienced staff. They don't know what they do themselves. I always wished to adopt a pup, but they killed all my dreams and gave me a golden retrivier and claimed that he's extremely healthy but something was fishy. After 2 days we got to know that the puppy had a very rare genetic disorder due to which he cannot urinate, he has a constricted perpitual opening due to which the urine collects in his bladder which might lead to multiple organ failure. The doctors also claimed that as he grows up he might have several other genetic disorders. It is such a heartbreaking news for us that he has to undergo two major surgeries. Mithansh is an inexperienced guy in terms of getting you your 'dream dog' don't fall in this trap. Now my pup is being taken care by my really close and dear friend who runs a charity for dogs. I have realized we are the people who actually promote such in-ethical Breeding! Lets just stop doing so! I hope nobody goes through what I have gone ! and I know there might be several other people going through the same!
