★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good veterinary hospital. My 3 rabbits are regularly checked and treated here. Good hospitality and staff. They do good follow up by calling us about the condition of our pet.
One of my rabbits got neutered here, they took good care and follow ups. After we brought them( 2rabbits) to our home from a petstore, they were affected by servere gastric problem(they were little). We brought them here and they were saved.
I highly recommend this hospital for bunnies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always had a good experience here. Took my pet for various issues, latest being gastroenteritis. The doctors (Dr. Sridhar and Dr. Rajesh) were quite responsive and the staff was also extremely considerate and did everything to make sure my pet felt comfortable. With their treatment, my dog got better in just a couple of days. They don't prescribe unnecessary medication or tests - only what's required. They even called me up a couple of times to follow up on how my pet was doing, which I felt was a really kind gesture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to leave on short notice, and not knowing who would take care of our big four leg family member, we taught of paws and tails as he had taken all his vaccines and medical care there. After speaking to Anil we decided to leave him for 5days. We ended up liking the decision we took. As we received all up dates from Anil with videos of walks and food, all the members of the staff took turns in taking grate care of our dog. We are thankful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5 months old beagle puppy "Happie" fell severely sick and we immediately took it to Paws N Tails. We were so worried because our pet was not eating any food or even water & vomiting the few quantity of food that it ate. Dr. Sridhar is a senior and well experienced doctor . He carefully examined the pet and treated him well. Over the course of treatment that took 3 days, he meticulously prescribed appropriate medicines each day which helped our pet get well. Dr. Rajesh is very helpful and followed up regarding the wellness of our pet every morning untill the per recovered and also responded to our phone calls patiently . Vet Assistant Mr. Anil is very helpful with his experience , guided us with each and every step, responded over the phone patiently and handled our pet very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paws N Tails, a Pet Clinic in Visakhapatnam has experienced staff. The diagnosis of Dr. Sridhar is accurate, perfect and my pets responded very well to the treatment and medication. I have four stray dogs and 4 stray cats. I approach the clinic at regular intervals and have never been disappointed.
My wholehearted thanks to the Doctor and staff at the clinic for their impeccable humane service to the pets.
A great clinic for the health of our furry best friends.

This clinic provides the best of services at the most affordable rates. The staff is very friendly and proactive in helping with the pet parents every doubt!! Please do visit with your pets. You wouldn't worry to get a secondary opinion again!
