β β β β β No respect for Govt staff also.Now general and under privileged people can think about the condition in the hospital. Worst and insolent behaviour of billing staff .Always crowded with people with irrelevant process in hospitals . For a simple scan or x-ray also they make you wait for 2-3 hours in normal days also .
For simple problem also they make u visit for 2-3 days .

β β β β β As human beings we are worried about the health of our loved ones. In the event of illness, we always choose the best medical service provider within the city / nearby place. Accordingly NRI hospital is one of the best in VIZAG.
Looking into the hospital reputation and perceptions of patient safety and our previous experience, we admitted our loved one through a friend working in the same hospital ( guy is very close to the patient only). Patient travelled long distance and joined the hospital ( himself alone by coordinating with his friend) , since COVID restrictions were imposed delayed our travel to VIZAG. However we used to take the feedback from the nominated Doctor. By the time we approached hospital, patient was battling for life and in last stage, suffering from COVID.
As we came to know that treatment has been stopped since last two days prior to our visit. Reason for that is his friend has advised hospital authorities to stop treatment, and will proceed with homeopathy, which we are not known. By the time we reached, hospital has forced to discharge the patient due to the homeopathy treatment. Rather we were left with no other option than to discharge the patient, who is on oxygen. Now what about his belongings (valet / cellphone/gold chain etc. ) and where to shift?. Upon discharge we paid 5.4Lacs, but received invoice for 2.2L, when asked about Invoice for rest of the amount, Hospital authorities have replied, it will be not provided.
Any how his friend has guided to a nearby hospital, we admitted him with huge day charges as finalized by his friend. After two day patient is DEAD ( death is mortal).
The question is;
Why hospital allowed for homeopathy treatment, when patient is under their custody progressing treatment?
What about his belongings Valet / cellphone/gold chain?
Any how we were able to trace out the cellphone from his friend, but it is completely formatted, even the WhatsApp message could not be retrieved, as the messages were deleted and backed up again and again, ultimately... it has become a new cell phone with no data and contact details.
What about Gold chain? patients friends version is it is stolen in hospital, we cannot trace out.
When, we lost the loved one, what to do with gold chain/valet/cellphone, but the thing is cellphone is the key ( missing data..., what the patient messaged to whom and when.., either about treatment / HEALTH CONDITION or problems faced at hospital.. GOD KNOWS).
IS BELIVING HIS FRIEND (EMPLOYEE OF THE HOSPITAL HAVING TIEUPS WITH ADMIN DEPT.) A BIG MISTAKE?
MOBILE no. of the culprits' involved -

β β β β β Customer care at Reception is very poor. Staff of Reception should be trained well on public relations. They simply cut the landline phone before completion of query/task. Management should concentrate on this issue.

β β β β β I had taken my dad to Dr. Mahesh, cardiologist and he was compassionate and helped all the way from appointments till angiogram. Explained the process and made sure my dad is not stressed during the process.
Nurses were very helpful during the stay. I would highly recommend going to Queenβs NRI hospital for best care.

β β β β β One of the worst hospitals I have never been to. They just want money. Treatment is worst. Nurses doubt attend patients. No proper doctors. I admitted my dad when his saturation was 64. They just took money. They just want money. They didn't give any treatment to my dad. They charged 42000. They didn't give even single tablet. We had to move him to AINU. My advice is if you want your beloved one to be safe. Don't go to this hospital
