★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in USA and booked 4 plots. It’s been more than a year and these guys have not registered plots till now. That are postponing by giving different reasons. I don’t recommend anyone to invest in any of the ventures. I am not able to reach the MD. The agent name is O.S Rao fro Vizag and he is also not responsible. I am planning to launch a complaint against this organization if they don’t go for registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fraud company. Its been 3yrs and no registration yet. Paid complete amount and people are literally suffering mentally. MD is such an irresponsible person and no response from him the day we paid full amount. PLEASE PLEASE do not invest your amount in this venture. These guys should be punished severely.
