★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, middle-of-the-order guest house in a very good location with all necessary amenities like clean rooms, good furniture, clean bath etc., Hot water supply could be a problem sometimes-they only have a solar-powered water heater. Food and beverages are arranged from an unknown source outside on our request. Therefore food hygiene is suspect. Some rooms have a kitchenette attached, but without stove/hot-plate or utensils. We have to make specific requests for everything. Staff are courteous but not very professional. Overall, a reasonably good place and value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to stay, not very big yet spacious and comfortable - centrally located in a nice residential area with the RK beach, Poorna market, railway station (3 km away), airport (just 8 km away) and all health facilities (right opposite MRI hospital) being close by and also with a small parking area. Extremely helpful, polite, cooperative and extremely staff. (Just that it may be a little challenging to communicate with the staff if you're non-Telugu speaking) You get complimentary breakfast, tea/coffee and water bottles. The only facility they do not have is that of a kitchen or a restaurant. So you don't have the option of having lunch or dinner at the hotel unless you're ordering in.
On a personal note, I am very thankful to the hotel for being very cooperative and helpful during our stay when my mother was ailing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Location. Nearer to Dwaraka Bus Station and Vizag Junction. Located near Gurudwara Junction. Car Parking is available.
Rooms are very Good. Maintained very Neatly. Furniture are Good. Wash Rooms are modern and Neat. Morning Coffee is provided. Room Service is Good. Staff are Courteous.
But there is no Restaurent in the Hotel. Not only that there is only one Restaurent nearby which is not that great. They arrange Food from outside.
BETTER TO INFORM RECEPTION IF WE RETURN LATE NIGHT. I faced a Worst situation when I returned at midnight after a Meeting. The Main Gate was securely closed and there was no security at the Gate. Security was found sleeping in the Portico. All our Shouts couldn't wake him up. Then my Friend jumped the Compound, went and woke up the Security who opened the Gate. Management should avoid such bad experience for Guests.

Good, clean rooms with all basic facilities like TV, wifi, etc., suitable for short/long stays by both single persons or couples.
Non-availability of in-house food could be a minor inconvenience.
Overall, a nice experience at a very competitive tariff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm impressed by the very reception that I had during my short stay and appreciate the service, amenities, cleanliness, location, courtesy of the hotel. Although I was early by 3 hours of the check in time, Mr. Shiva, the front desk manager was kind enough to extend his complete willingness to accommodate me and further facilitate my stay in every way. I thank him a lot. Good room service with a lot of patience exhibited by the attendants. A fantastic place to stay with all amenities in the nearest reach. I thank Goibibo for listing such a property to board and would recommend the hotel to all guests. I left early morning due to emergency though I wished to stay more longer. I will ensure all my next stays at GVK Inn nevertheless of my travel distances in Visakhapatnam. Good going!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice descent service class apartment. Value for money. Bt it's best booking through any apps like goibino or make my trip etc. Doesn't have any restaurant bt boys are available for bringing the food which u like. Maintenance is good..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The AC was excellent. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. One staff member spent several hours one afternoon at the police station with us after one of our party's phones was lost to make sure we had a translator. They made our 2 week stay in Vizag a very pleasant experience.
